Who we are
MinMax Tracker is a workout tracker made by an independent developer. This policy explains what the app collects, where it is stored and how you can delete it.
What we collect
Account: your email address and password, used only to sign you in. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk; we never see them.
Training data: the workouts, sets, programs, personal records, body weight entries and settings you enter.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera, and we do not use advertising or analytics SDKs.
Where your data is stored
iPhone and Android apps: your training data stays on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers.
Web app: your training data is stored in your browser and backed up to our server so it survives a reload. The backup is linked to your account ID and is only readable when you are signed in.
Our server and database are hosted by Replit. Sign-in is provided by Clerk. Both act as our processors and only handle your data to provide the service.
How we use it
Only to run the app: signing you in, saving your training and showing your progress. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers or use it to track you across other apps or websites.
Deleting your data
In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. This erases your training data on the device, removes the web backup from our server and deletes your account. It cannot be undone.
Settings → Data → Erase all data removes your training data but keeps your account. You can export a backup first from the same screen.
If you can no longer sign in, email raafet.ch@gmail.com from your account's address and we will delete it within 30 days.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date.
